EQUIPPING
Equipping: support in cultivating a culture of care that will put the burden of caring for one another on the church as a whole (instead of just on you)
Church Culture Consults: support in developing a culture of care and counseling in your church or ministry
C.A.R.E. Cohorts: interactive community to develop skills and maturity around a focused topic
Biblical Counseling Skills Training: tailor-designed for your church members (upon request)
Book Club (in development): reading for enrichment in ministry skills and understanding
Church Culture Consults
Take our brief assessment to find out how OakHaven could come alongside your church (or ministry) to help you think strategically about developing a culture of care for one another. Whether you are just beginning or already in process, we would love to support you in:
unifying your leadership around a vision and value of care for the body
equipping your leaders and counselors at every level
cultivating this culture of care throughout the church as a whole
C.A.R.E. Cohorts
Join one of our Cohorts to receive Community, Accountability, Resources, and Encouragement in a particular area of growth. We are anticipating starting up a Restful Rhythms CARE Cohort in the Fall of 2025, which will focus on cultivating sustainable rhythms of rest as ministry leaders. Add your name to the interest list and we will let you know when further information is available. You can join a Cohort individually and be placed in a group with other ministry leaders around the world, or you can join together with your ministry team and we will form a cohort exclusively for your team.
Book Club (in development)
We love to read and learn. And we love to read and learn in community! If you would be interested in joining a book club group for enrichment in ministry skills and understanding, please let us know.
“Vera puts in much thought and effort in content creation and she encourages each person to think deeply on Biblical truths. In her teaching and assignments, she ensures each person can progress at their own pace for their individual flourishing. Through her classes, I have used principles that resonate with me to share with others.”
