Supporting ministry leaders
in building a culture of care

OakHaven Ministries helps churches develop a culture of care by first providing soul care to leaders through counseling, cohorts, and retreats. From this foundation of rest and refreshment, we provide strategic discipleship training, equipping leaders and ministry teams to cultivate Christ-centered relationships of care throughout the church or ministry.

Upcoming Event: Rest for Your Soul

Join us on Saturday, May 4th, for a half-day retreat of rest and reflection, where we’ll consider Christ’s promise of strength in weakness.

Last chance! Registration closes at 8am on May 1!

The idea for a ministry of soul care and equipping has been forming and growing in our hearts for many years, and we are so excited that in 2022, God allowed that seed to sprout into OakHaven Ministries!

Our prayer is that God would use OakHaven to bring refreshment and renewal to you, and to equip your church to build a Christ-centered culture of care for one another.

We invite you to partner with us as God grows OakHaven Ministries!

Join us in our vision

We create resources to undergird churches in their work of discipling and caring for their people.

Our training, soul care, and retreats are available to any Christian, but we especially desire to minister to those who are worn out and weary in their leadership and care for others—those who may bemoan like the psalmist, “no refuge remains to me; no one cares for my soul” (Psalm 142:4).

Your partnership will help us minister to the church with these resources:

  • OakHaven Retreats create space for individuals, small groups, or churches to grow deeper in relationship with Christ through a focused, customized experience of community, teaching, and spiritual disciplines.

  • OakHaven Soul Care offers Gospel-focused hope and wisdom in the midst of life’s suffering and struggles, through compassionate listening in Christian community, while equipping the church to effectively care for its own.

  • OakHaven Training provides churches and individuals with resources, classes, and workshops focused on discipleship and care of souls, with the goal of equipping God’s people and God’s church with tools for deepening devotion to Christ and ministry in the Body.
